Welcome to the new and improved www.goodoldtrucks.com.  We are always striving to improve you experience while visiting our site.  Some features are currently unavailable as we are working towards upgrading them, so check back often.

     We have a great deal of respect and appreciation for 'old' things.  In particular old Ford and Chevy trucks,  there is just something special about going to that Sunday drive in a vintage vehicle with the top or windows down listening to that engine purr while you zoom down the road.

     We are currently in the process of restoration your first two old trucks, one, a 1953 Mercury half ton, which is nearly complete.  The other is a 1956 Ford panel half ton, which is just getting under way.  You will be able to follow our restoration process and read all about our trials and tribulations along the way in the projects section of the site.

    You can contribute to the site as well, we are happy to show off your rebuild project to the world.  Tell everyone about your experience and show off your ride.  See the projects section for information on how to get your ride on our site.

     Another great way to contribute is to get an article published to our new articles section.  Here we will be posting articles related to good old cars and trucks.  Anything from tips on finding a vehicle to hot-rod or rebuild, to how too's on restoration or rodding your 'new' old car.
